Job Description:

Bookkeeping, Admin & Customer Service This position is for an Admin, Customer Service specialist for a small digital, cloud-based, Microsoft partner company using the Office 365 stack to create business solutions for our clients. This position will play a vital role in supporting various organizational structures and processes to meet the demands of our business as it scales and changes. As a company we value growth and development, and you will be responsible for supporting our team with various, in the moment tasks. Building important relationships with our Clients is the key mission at Nexinite. You will occasionally be a point of contact for our client inquiries, handle billing inquiries, contractor bills, assignment of cloud support tickets, data base updates, and preparation of weekly bookkeeping updates. Wearing many hats is important at Nexinite, traditional admin in-office support will include social media updates, web site maintenance, blog support and newsletter updates. Responsibilities: oPrepare Bi-Monthly client A/R and A/P activities, subscriptions, and licensing requests oTrack contractor timesheets, approvals and initiate client billing oResolve cloud support ticket incidents and fulfill request and inquiries to completion oSupport our Project Management Team with administrative tasks in Dynamics 365 oEngage current and future Nexinite clients in best practice relationships oSupport our team with completing contractual agreements and new client onboarding oHandle day to day client support and facilitate action regarding their inquiries oUpdate social media outlets web, newsletter, blog, Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook Qualifications & Experience: oAbility to multi-task and make logical decisions and overcome non-trivial obstacles oExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills or similar CS role in customer-based industry oExperience using helpdesk software and remote support tools a plus oAbility to wear many hats, take direction and move quickly in a changing infrastructure oTrack record of accurate administrative and organizational computer skills oExcellent verbal and communication skills with business professionals, attentive to detail oExperience with Microsoft Office 365 cloud software, and business communication. oFamiliarity with WordPress, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Constant Contact oExperience in basic bookkeeping in ZoHo Books, QuickBooks, and CRM systems oSelf-managed and motivated with ability to organize and prioritize tasks and projects oExpected to be professional, focused, willing to work and must have a good attendance record with references, complete administrative duties as assigned.
