- Build and maintain meaningful business relationships with
decision makers and necessary influencers
- Actively and passionately drive sales growth while

- Interact daily with customer prospects through various

- Leverage existing and new relationships to successfully acquire

- Develop and submit a well-structured and approved monthly
business plan We are looking for a Business Development Specialist
with the following:
- Willingness to learn and continuous growth
- 3+ years of experience in fluid power applications,
particularly in hydraulic and pneumatic systems. (desired)
- Experience in industrial sales
- Proven ability with a documented personal sales process
- Proficiency in writing and deploying proposals and client
presentations
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and
PowerPoint
- Mechanical, electrical, and programmable controllers experience
is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think
creatively to meet customer needs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under
pressure
