Job Description:

We're in search of a highly motivated, people-friendly, organized human resources manager to lead our HR department. You will oversee all aspects of employee relations including recruiting, onboarding, and training, play a key role in strategic planning and business administration, and ensure we are in compliance with the most recent employment laws. Ideal candidates are natural leaders, decision-makers, and team players.

Responsibilities:

--- Create, enact, and improve personnel policies and procedures
--- Hold exit interviews with employees and record their feedback to optimize our policies and procedures
--- Process and maintain internal documents, paperwork, records, and reports
--- Act as the bridge between employees and managers and offer advice on key issues such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment
--- Review and advise on organizational policies, decision-making, and strategic planning for business administration and the annual budget


Qualifications:

--- Candidates should be excellent leaders and communicators with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
--- Certified with the SHRM or a similar certification institute
--- Over 3 years of experience in upper-level HR management
--- Hold a bachelor's degree in HR management, business management, or a similar field


About Company:
President and CEO John Neuman started his heating and air conditioning career after graduating from Utica High School in Michigan. Shortly after graduating, he met his wife of 23 years and moved to sunny California. He was hired on with a local Solano-based heating and air conditioning company and worked his way up to general manager. After 12 years of dedicated service, he found the company unwilling to adapt or change and had lost the values of customer service. At that time, John devoted himself to building more than just a heating and air conditioning company.
